Our terms require that you own or control the payment method you use. If we detect a mismatch — for example, a deposit from a DANA account registered to another person — we'll freeze the funds pending verification. Contact support with proof of ownership to resolve this.

Your username is fixed at registration. You can update your email address in Account Settings, but we'll send a confirmation link to your old email first for security. This prevents unauthorised changes to your account recovery details.

Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS typically clear within one business day. Bank transfers may take 2–3 business days depending on your bank. We process requests between 08:00 and 20:00 WIB on weekdays.

Minimum withdrawal is 50,000 IDR. If your account balance is below this, you can only withdraw once you accumulate enough through deposits or winnings. Contact support if you have questions about your current balance.

Once you request permanent closure, we retain your account data for the term specified in our data retention policy. Reopening a closed account is not available; you would need to create a new account with fresh details.
